Colors, sounds, titles, intervals, rests, cycles, repeats, all are customizable on the free app. Now I could add in visual keys and create complex hour long workouts and practices. But then I started doing interval training at home (circuit, HIIT, and technique drills). The cycles are easy to customize and provide great feedback through sound and vibration. I originally got this to use for timing Fartlek runs and speed intervals. Love this app!! Thank u developer for making me healthier and more motivated to workout :-) And I like how I can now focus on breathing rather than Focusing on counting. Some positives: I love how i now push myself to workout harder and longer cuz i try to keep up w the timer. And last complaint is, I wish the music controls on iPhone was larger. Some negatives: it costs money to add this to my Apple Watch, so I’m just going to use the free iPhone app version instead (until I win the lottery haha).
